These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your access to and use of the Vaurse website, mobile applications, Voscard products, digital identity services, organizational platforms, events, directories, marketplaces, and other services provided by Vaurse Limited ("Vaurse", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing our platform, purchasing or using a Voscard, registering for an event through Vaurse, or otherwise using any Vaurse service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Vaurse services.
1.About Vaurse
Vaurse is a technology platform designed to provide digital identity, verification, networking, event, engagement, credential, membership, access and related services.
Our services may include: Digital Voscard profiles Physical Voscard products Digital identity services Business and professional profiles Employee identity systems Student identity systems Event passes and credentials Event registration and check-in Attendance management Access control Membership management Digital credentials Business directories Events and community discovery Perks, offers and promotions Lead capture and networking Campaigns and engagement tools Organizational dashboards Smart attendance and access-control devices CCTV and monitoring integrations Other services introduced by Vaurse from time to time Vaurse may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features as the platform develops.
2. Definitions
For these Terms: "Account" means the account created by a user or organization to access Vaurse services. "User", "you", or "your" means an individual or organization accessing or using Vaurse. "Voscard" means the digital or physical identity card and associated profile services provided by Vaurse. "Digital Voscard" means the digital identity/profile available through the Vaurse platform. "Physical Voscard" means a physical card issued by Vaurse, including plastic, metal or other card formats. "Organization" means a business, school, institution, event organizer, community, employer or other entity using Vaurse. "Organization Administrator" means an individual authorized by an Organization to administer its Vaurse account. "Content" means text, photographs, videos, documents, logos, credentials, profile information, links, images and other materials uploaded, submitted or displayed through Vaurse. "Services" means all products, features, software, websites, applications, devices and services provided by Vaurse. "Platform" means the Vaurse websites, applications, dashboards, APIs and associated systems.
License activation is necessary to receive updates and premium support. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or offer NextSaaS products or services, modified or unmodified, without our written consent.
3. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining a Vaurse account.
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.
If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use Vaurse only where permitted by applicable law and with appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required. Organizations must ensure that persons acting on their behalf have appropriate authority to create and administer organizational accounts.
4. Creating a Vaurse Account
You agree to: Provide accurate and current information. Maintain the accuracy of your information. Keep your login credentials secure. Not share your password or authentication credentials without authorization. Notify Vaurse promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account where reasonably attributable to you. You must not create an account using another person's identity without authorization. Vaurse may require additional information or verification before enabling certain services.
5. Your Digital Identity
Vaurse allows users to create and maintain digital profiles and identities. You are responsible for the information you publish through your profile. You must not: Create a false identity. Impersonate another person. Upload fraudulent credentials. Claim qualifications you do not possess. Misrepresent your employment or organizational affiliation. Upload information belonging to another person without authorization. Use Vaurse to facilitate fraud or deception. Where Vaurse provides verification functionality, a verification indicator means that Vaurse or an authorized organization has completed the applicable verification process. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of a person's character, qualifications, financial standing, professional competence, or future conduct.
6. Voscard
Voscard is a smart digital identity card that enables users to share digital identity and profile information. A Voscard may be used as: A digital business card Professional identity Employee ID Student ID Event credential Membership credential Access credential Networking tool Other identity-related applications supported by Vaurse The specific features available to a Voscard may depend on the user's account, organization, subscription, event or other applicable service.
7. Physical Voscard
Physical Voscard products may be available in different formats, including plastic and metal cards. Physical cards may contain technologies such as: NFC QR codes Other supported identification technologies The physical card itself does not necessarily contain all information displayed through the Vaurse platform. Vaurse may update the digital profile associated with a physical Voscard without requiring replacement of the physical card, where technically supported. You must not: Alter or tamper with a Voscard. Duplicate or clone a Voscard. Use another person's Voscard without authorization. Use a Voscard to impersonate another individual. Attempt to bypass security features.
8. Card Orders and Payments
Where physical Voscard products are purchased, prices will be displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, delivery charges or other fees. Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available by Vaurse or its authorized payment providers. An order is not necessarily accepted until Vaurse confirms the order. Vaurse may cancel an order where: Payment cannot be verified. The product is unavailable. There is an obvious pricing or technical error. Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. Delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
9. Physical Card Delivery
Vaurse will make reasonable efforts to deliver physical products within the estimated delivery period communicated at purchase. Delivery times may be affected by: Location Courier availability Public holidays Customs Incorrect delivery information Events outside Vaurse's reasonable control You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Vaurse is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by you.
10. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Voscard
You should immediately report a lost, stolen or compromised Voscard through the available Vaurse support channels. Vaurse may deactivate a card associated with an account where reasonably necessary to protect the account or other users. Replacement cards may be subject to applicable replacement charges.
11. Organizational Services
Businesses, schools, event organizers and other organizations may use Vaurse to create and manage identities, credentials, memberships, attendance, access, campaigns and other services. An Organization is responsible for: Providing accurate organizational information. Ensuring it has authority to provide information about its employees, students, members or attendees. Obtaining necessary permissions and notices required by law. Managing administrator access appropriately. Ensuring its use of Vaurse complies with applicable laws. Ensuring information submitted to Vaurse is accurate.
12. Employee and Staff Identity
Organizations may use Vaurse to issue employee Voscard identities. An organization may: Create employee profiles. Issue employee credentials. Update employee information. Disable employee access. Manage departments and roles. Manage attendance. Manage access permissions. View organizational analytics. When an employee leaves an organization, the organization may deactivate or modify the employee's organizational credentials. An organizational administrator is responsible for ensuring that these actions are authorized and lawful.
13. Student Identity
Schools and educational institutions may use Vaurse to create student identities and credentials. Schools may use Vaurse for: Student identification Digital credentials Attendance Access control Events Memberships Alumni engagement Other education-related services Schools are responsible for obtaining any required parental, guardian or student permissions and complying with applicable education and privacy requirements.
14. Events
Event organizers may use Vaurse to: Create events. Register attendees. Issue digital event passes. Manage check-in. Manage attendance. Facilitate networking. Capture leads. Publish event information. Manage event communities. Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information. Vaurse is not responsible for an event organizer's failure to conduct an event as advertised. Where an event is cancelled, postponed or changed, the event organizer is responsible for communicating such changes and handling refunds where applicable.
15. Attendance Services
Vaurse may provide attendance functionality through: Mobile applications QR codes NFC Smart attendance terminals Other supported devices Attendance records may depend on the technology, connectivity and configuration used. Vaurse does not guarantee that every attendance event will be recorded where there is: No internet connection Device malfunction Incorrect configuration User error Unauthorized access Technical failure Other circumstances outside Vaurse's reasonable control
16. Access Control
Organizations may use Vaurse to control access to designated locations or areas. Access permissions may be granted or withdrawn by authorized administrators. Vaurse may support access through: Voscard Mobile application QR codes NFC Biometrics Facial recognition Compatible access-control devices Organizations are responsible for determining who should have access. Vaurse provides technology to facilitate access management but does not guarantee the physical security of any location. Organizations remain responsible for physical security, emergency procedures and compliance with applicable laws.
17. Biometric and Facial Recognition Technologies
Certain Vaurse services may support biometric technologies, including facial recognition or other biometric identification mechanisms. Where biometric information is collected or processed, Vaurse and/or the relevant Organization will process such information in accordance with applicable law, applicable privacy notices and required permissions. Organizations must not enable biometric functionality unless they have the necessary authority and lawful basis to do so. Users may have additional rights regarding biometric information under applicable law.
18. CCTV and Monitoring
Vaurse may integrate with CCTV or monitoring systems used by organizations. Such systems may collect information including: Images Video Time and date Location Access events Other security-related information The Organization deploying such systems is responsible for determining appropriate purposes, notices, retention periods, access permissions and legal compliance. Vaurse does not guarantee that CCTV or monitoring systems will detect, prevent or respond to criminal activity.
19. Third-Party Devices
Vaurse may support third-party hardware or integrations. Third-party devices may be subject to their own: Terms Privacy policies Warranties Technical limitations Vaurse is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party hardware, networks or services.
20. Lead Capture and Networking
Vaurse may allow users and organizations to exchange contact information and capture networking leads. Where you intentionally share your profile or contact information with another user or organization, you understand that the recipient may retain that information subject to their own privacy practices. Organizations must not use information obtained through Vaurse for unlawful spam, harassment, fraud or other prohibited purposes.
21. Directory
Vaurse may operate directories containing profiles of: Individuals Businesses Schools Events Organizations Communities Other participating entities Directory information may be publicly visible or restricted depending on the applicable account settings. Users and organizations are responsible for ensuring their published information is accurate. Vaurse may remove or restrict directory listings that violate these Terms.
22. Events, Perks and Offers
Vaurse may display offers, discounts, promotions, rewards and other benefits from participating businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Vaurse is not the provider of third-party products or services. Third-party businesses are responsible for: The accuracy of their offers. Availability. Pricing. Quality. Fulfilment. Refunds. Customer service. Vaurse does not guarantee that a third-party offer will remain available.
23. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Vaurse, subject to the rights necessary for Vaurse to provide its services. By uploading content, you grant Vaurse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display and transmit that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve and provide the services. You represent that: You own or have permission to use the content. The content does not violate another person's rights. The content is not unlawful. The content does not contain malicious software. The content does not falsely impersonate another person.
24. Prohibited Content
You must not upload or distribute content that: Is unlawful. Is fraudulent. Impersonates another person. Contains malicious software. Infringes intellectual property rights. Is defamatory or deliberately misleading. Promotes violence or criminal activity. Harasses or threatens another person. Contains unauthorized personal information. Attempts to deceive users about credentials or identity. Violates applicable laws. Vaurse may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
25. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: Reverse engineer the platform. Attempt unauthorized access. Circumvent security controls. Scrape Vaurse data without permission. Clone or reproduce Vaurse services. Interfere with platform operations. Introduce malware or harmful code. Use automated systems to abuse the platform. Manipulate verification systems. Create fraudulent accounts. Sell or transfer accounts without authorization. Use Vaurse for unlawful purposes.
26. Intellectual Property
Vaurse and its licensors own all rights in: The Vaurse name. Vaurse trademarks. Voscard trademarks. Logos. Software. Platform design. Website design. Graphics. Interfaces. Documentation. Proprietary technology. Vaurse-generated content. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Vaurse intellectual property. You may not use Vaurse trademarks or branding without prior written authorization.
27. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions or ideas regarding Vaurse, you agree that Vaurse may use that feedback without compensation or obligation to you, provided such use does not disclose your confidential information.
28. Third-Party Services
Vaurse may integrate with third-party services, including: Payment providers Cloud services Mapping services Authentication providers Communication services Analytics providers Hardware providers Other technology partners Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Vaurse does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent actions or failures.
29. Platform Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee that Vaurse will always be: Available. Uninterrupted. Error-free. Secure against every possible threat. Compatible with every device. Maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, network failures and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
30. Security
Vaurse takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information and platform infrastructure. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices.
31. Privacy and Personal Data
Your use of Vaurse involves the processing of personal information. Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy / Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms. Vaurse will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For users and organizations operating in Ghana, this includes the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) where applicable. The Act provides data-subject rights and establishes requirements governing personal-data processing. Our Privacy Policy explains: What information we collect. Why we collect it. How we use it. How we share it. How long we retain it. Your rights. How you can contact us regarding your data.
32. Marketing Communications
Where permitted by law, Vaurse may send you: Service notifications. Account notifications. Product updates. Event information. Promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional communications through the available unsubscribe mechanism or account settings. Service-related communications may continue where necessary to provide the service.
33. Subscriptions
Certain Vaurse features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing and billing frequency will be presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing period selected. You may cancel future renewals through the applicable account or subscription-management process. Cancellation does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for a period already paid for unless required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.
34. Organizational Subscriptions
Organizations may purchase subscription plans providing access to administrative and enterprise features. Organization administrators are responsible for: Selecting appropriate plans. Managing authorized users. Protecting administrator credentials. Managing billing. Removing unauthorized users. Ensuring organizational use complies with applicable law.
35. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service purchased. Physical products, subscriptions, event registrations and promotional purchases may have different refund conditions. Where applicable law provides mandatory consumer rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude those rights. Specific refund policies may be provided at checkout or in the applicable service agreement.
36. Verification Disclaimer
Vaurse may provide verification tools and indicators. However, verification does not mean Vaurse guarantees: The character of a user. Their financial position. Their professional ability. Their future conduct. The accuracy of every statement they make. The quality of their services. Their suitability for employment or business relationships. Users and organizations remain responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence.
37. Employment and Recruitment
Vaurse may facilitate professional profiles, credentials, networking, recruitment or job-related interactions. Vaurse does not guarantee: Employment. Hiring. Candidate suitability. Employer suitability. Salary. Job availability. Accuracy of third-party recruitment information. Employment decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant employer and candidate.
38. User-to-User Interactions
Vaurse facilitates connections between users. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Vaurse is not responsible for: Misrepresentations by users. Agreements between users. Financial transactions between users unless Vaurse is expressly the transaction provider. Disputes between users. Personal conduct occurring outside Vaurse services. Users should exercise appropriate caution when meeting or transacting with people they discover through the platform.
39. Suspension and Termination
Vaurse may suspend or terminate an account where: These Terms are violated. Fraud is suspected. Unauthorized activity is detected. The account presents a security risk. Required information is false. Continued use could harm other users or Vaurse. Required by law. The service is discontinued. Where reasonably practicable, Vaurse may provide notice before termination.
40. Termination by You
You may stop using Vaurse at any time. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable legal, contractual and operational requirements. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, for legitimate security purposes, dispute resolution, accounting or other lawful purposes.
41. Effect of Termination
Upon termination: Your access to certain services may end. Digital Voscard functionality may be disabled. Organizational access may be removed. Event or membership access may be affected. Certain data may be retained where legally required. Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
42. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaurse provides the platform and services on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that: The platform will always be available. Information will always be accurate. Every verification will detect every fraudulent claim. Third-party information will be accurate. Hardware will operate without failure. The platform will meet every individual requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
43. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaurse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the services. This may include loss of: Profits. Business opportunities. Reputation. Data. Revenue. Expected savings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. The final liability provisions should be reviewed and approved by Vaurse's legal counsel before publication.
44. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vaurse and its directors, officers, employees and partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from: Your violation of these Terms. Your unlawful use of the services. Your violation of another person's rights. Content you upload. Your unauthorized use of another person's identity. Your organization's misuse of the platform.
45. Changes to the Services
Vaurse may modify, improve, replace or discontinue features. Where changes materially affect users, Vaurse may provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
46. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Vaurse website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
47. Force Majeure
Vaurse will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including: Natural disasters. War. Civil unrest. Government action. Internet failures. Telecommunications failures. Power outages. Cybersecurity incidents. Epidemics or pandemics. Third-party service failures. Other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
48. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Vaurse's prior written consent, except where permitted by law. Vaurse may transfer or assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar transaction.
49. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
50. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable policies, service agreements, order terms and Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Vaurse regarding your use of the applicable Services.
51. No Waiver
If Vaurse does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Vaurse has waived its right to enforce that provision later.
52. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Data Protection Commission confirms that Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843) is the principal statutory framework governing personal-data protection in Ghana.
53. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Vaurse, we encourage you to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Where the matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution mechanism having jurisdiction under applicable Ghanaian law. Nothing in this section prevents a person from exercising rights or seeking remedies that cannot legally be waived.

55. Acceptance
By clicking "Create Account," "Sign Up," "Continue," "Purchase," "Register," or another acceptance mechanism, or by using Vaurse Services where no separate acceptance mechanism is provided, you acknowledge that: You have read these Terms.
