Where an organization deploys biometric services through Vaurse, that organization may be responsible for determining the lawful basis, obtaining required permissions and providing appropriate notices to affected individuals. We will not use biometric information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate lawful basis.
Vaurse may integrate with CCTV or smart monitoring systems operated by organizations. Where applicable, these systems may capture: Images Video Facial information Date and time Location Entry and exit activity Security events CCTV information is generally controlled by the organization operating the relevant system. We do not sell your personal information simply because you use Vaurse. Some Vaurse service providers may operate outside Ghana. As a result, personal information may be processed or stored in other countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, Vaurse will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are applied and that the transfer complies with applicable law.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
