Vaurse Referral Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the guidelines and regulations governing your participation in the Vaurse referral program ("Referral Program"). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- Participation in the Referral Program is open to registered users of Vaurse who are at least 16 years of age.
- Vaurse reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at its discretion without prior notice.
2. Referral Qualification
- To be eligible for referral rewards, both the referrer and the referred candidate, university, or employer must complete the identity verification process on Vaurse.
- Referral rewards are contingent upon the verification and validation of referrals by Vaurse.
3. Referral Rewards:
- Referral rewards are credited to the referrer's Vaurse account.
- Rewards are earned when the referred candidate is successfully hired through Vaurse or when referred universities or employers subscribe to and renew their subscriptions.
- The maximum referral reward per candidate hire is $10,000, and per university or employer subscription is $200 per month.
- Vaurse reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts at its discretion.
4. Earning Structure
Candidate Referrals:
Vaurse charges employers a 10% commission for any successful hire's first-year salary. We share this commission equally (5% each) with the referring candidate.
Example: Candidate A refers Candidate B, who gets hired for $200,000. Vaurse takes $20,000 (10%), and Candidate A receives $10,000. This applies to all future hires by Candidate B on Vaurse.
University/Employer Referrals:
Receive 10% of the subscribed amount when universities or employers sign up for Vaurse packages. You earn this commission each month they renew their subscription.
Example: Candidate A refers a university subscribing to a $2,000 package, earning $200 . As long as the university continues to renew, Candidate A receives $200 monthly.
5. Payment and Withdrawal:
- Referral rewards are disbursed monthly on the 28th of each month.
- Various payment methods are available for withdrawal, determined by the user's country of residence.
- Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information for withdrawal purposes.
6. Fraudulent Activity:
- Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Referral Program, including but not limited to falsifying referrals, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of referral rewards.
- Vaurse retains the right to withhold referral rewards and suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities.
7. Modification and Termination:
- Vaurse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notification.
- Changes to the Referral Program will become effective immediately upon publication on the Vaurse website or platform.
8. Privacy:
- By participating in the Referral Program, you consent to the collection, utilization, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Vaurse's Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, excluding its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement:
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaurse regarding the Referral Program, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
Your participation in the Referral Program indicates your acceptance of these Terms. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your participation in the Referral Program.
